Eric has first spent 18 years in the pharmaceutical & biotech industry in various senior roles, including regional CFO & CIO and business development director. He has spent many years with emerging markets and European geographies.
Within consulting since 2006, he has helped clients to develop company integrated commercial strategies based on scenarios and business modelling. He has also improved working processes based on technological breakthroughs. Eric has held board positions in several companies & professional associations.

Alexis has spent the 25 years of his career between Management Consulting and Manufacturing Industry. Within Senior Management roles, he has been leading various transformation programs on a European/Global level.
After many years in ERP/CRM, he has developped a strong expertise in people centric advanced technologies (RPA, Process Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Collective Intelligence), taking the best of people within multidisciplinary processes (Sales to Cash, Supply Chain Mgt, ...).
